HEAP Thane -Gita Chanting Competition 2024

We are thrilled to announce the launch of our Gita Chanting Competition for children, an initiative aimed at celebrating our rich heritage and ancient texts that are the cornerstone of Hindu religion. Our mission is to inspire and motivate the coming generations to connect with their roots and appreciate the profound wisdom of our culture.

*Preserve Our Heritage:* Encourage  children to delve into the timeless wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita, a revered scripture that imparts invaluable life lessons.

- *Cultural Connection:* 

By participating, the child will strengthen their bond with our cultural and spiritual heritage.

- *Character Building:* 

The Gita's teachings offer guidance on ethics, morality, and personal growth, fostering well-rounded individuals.

*Competition Details:*

We have Online and Offline competition - No child is deprivd to participate.

The Online competition will be from 20th to 24th Dec 2024. The details are mentioned in the form

The offline competition will be at the Ayyappa Puja venue ( TMC ground Hiranandani Estate Thane)

Juniors / Kanishta - 25th Dec 2024 - 6 pm onwards

Seniors / Jyeshta - 26th Dec 2024 - 6 pm onwards

- *Age Groups:*

 We have categories for various age groups, ensuring that every child can participate and shine.

Kanishta - Juniors  Till Std 4  -  Chapter 5 - Shloka 1 to 16 

Jyeshta - Seniors From Std 5 to std 8 - Chapter 5 - Shloka 1 to 29

- *Inspiring Prizes:* Exciting prizes await the winners, along with certificates to commemorate their achievements.

*How to Register:*

1. Visit our registration page  and fill in your child's details.

2. Choose their appropriate age group.

3. Get ready to embark on a journey of cultural enrichment!

4. You may need some assistance and guidance. We have the text and audio Guru to guide you
